Doctor who is a Time Lord and incase you don't know what a time lord is it is a alien that can live for ever by regenerating. Regenerating means to tilt your head back and put your arms and legs out and they including your head catch on fire-like stuff. It has heaps of aliens. The ones I know of are: Autons,Nestene,Jabe,The Moxx Of Bahloon,The wicker men,The Brothers Hop pileen, The face of boe, gelth, slitheen, dalek,Jagrafess, reaper, nanogenes, game station robots,anne-droid,Sontaran, Ood, data ghost, Midnight creature and cyber men.
What about our friend the Raston Warrior Robot? Does he count as an alien?
